REFUND POLICY

At M41 Photo Magnets and Beyond, we take pride in creating high-quality custom photo magnets tailored to your unique needs. Since our products are personalized, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Accuracy & Approval
We highly encourage customers to review their designs, spelling, and image quality before finalizing their orders. Once an order is placed and production begins, we cannot accept cancellations or changes.

2. Returns & Refunds
Because our magnets are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We will offer a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The design, size, or quantity does not match what was ordered.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a clear photo of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item along with your order details.

Upon review, we will determine if a replacement or refund is necessary. If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund (excluding shipping fees) to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customer errors in design, spelling, or low-quality images submitted.
  • Slight color variations due to screen differences and printing processes.
    Orders where the customer changed their mind after production.

4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly.
